Consistency Is Not A Personality Trait. It Is A System.
People talk about consistency as though it were discipline. The artists who manage it are the ones who removed the decisions.
Every artist who has ever fallen off will tell you they lost motivation. Almost none of them lost motivation. They ran out of a system and mistook that for a character failure.
What actually breaks
Posting daily is not hard because posting is hard. It is hard because deciding what to post, every day, forever, is exhausting. The decision is the cost, not the work.

Which means the fix is not more discipline. It is fewer decisions.
How the ones who last do it
- A fixed set of formats, so the question is never what to make, only which one
- Filming in batches, so the effort is concentrated instead of daily
- A rhythm somebody else can see, so the accountability is not internal
- A floor, not a target. Three a week that always happens beats seven that happens twice
The part nobody enjoys hearing
The first ninety days of this feel like shouting into a room with nobody in it, because that is what they are. The system exists to get you through exactly that stretch, and the artists who quit almost always quit inside it.
Nobody fails at consistency because they lacked willpower. They failed because they were making the same decision every morning and it wore them down.
